The Process

Even if you’re unsure about your design idea, don’t hesitate to get in touch. Whether you already have a full concept in mind or just a rough idea, we’re happy to guide you through the process and help bring your vision to life. We can discuss colours, styles, finishes, inspiration, and any custom details to create a design that’s completely unique to you.
Design
Once we understand your vision, we begin the official design phase. A minimum £75 design fee is required before any work starts, covering the time, planning, and creative input from our designers. You’ll receive a detailed form via email where you can provide inspiration, colours, themes, logos, finishes, and any other ideas you’d like incorporated into your custom helmet design. The more information and references you provide, the better we can tailor the final concept to match your vision perfectly.

Paintwork
Once the design has been finalised and we’ve received your helmet, the painting process officially begins. At this stage, a £200 deposit is required to secure your slot and begin production, with the remaining balance due upon completion before return shipping.
During the process, you’ll also receive progress updates and behind-the-scenes photos so you can follow the transformation of your helmet throughout each stage.
